HESPA's response to the Post-18 Funding Review

HESPA's response to the Post-18 Education and Funding Review call for evidence was kindly submitted by Nick Johnstone (Ravensboune and HESPA Executive).
HESPA is keen to have further discussion with the panel and with DFE to provide more detailed insights. HESPA is the professional body for university strategy and planning directors. We have strong expertise in HE data, the costing and planning of teaching, efficiency and value-for-money exercises, and implementing policy change within HE providers.
