Andrew is University Secretary at Royal Holloway, University of London. He oversees the effective management of university governance, legal matters, and regulatory compliance, and provides advice to Council, the Chair of Council, the Executive Board, and the Vice-Chancellor and Principal. Andrew has worked in the higher education sector and on university policy for over 25 years in Canada and the UK, including within the DfE, QAA, the Russell Group and Universities UK. Andrew is a published scholar, and is a regular contributor to Wonkhe and HEPI.
