An Interest Group is a group of planners with a common interest who wish to engage in work in that particular area. This involves sharing best practice, keeping people up to date with developments in the field, offering professional development for planners, promoting the planning voice within and outside of the sector.
This is where you can find recordings and slides from previous events, as well as resources contributed by our members on various topics.
Our active discussion forums are a great place to connect with fellow planners, and share ideas, ask questions and generally feel part of the wider planning community. It is open to all so please do come and join in with the chat!
We are currently open to submissions from members who would like to run a session for the upcoming Showcasing Good Practice week, 18-22 September 2023. The aim of this event is to provide a space for our members to share with each other the work they have done which they feel has been a particular success, and to celebrate and promote the hard work of planners in the HE sector.
