Member feedback suggests that one of the most useful things HESPA offers is access to likeminded colleagues and networking. This is achieved both informally via discussion forums and during downtime at events, and also in more structured ways via Special Interest Group membership and small sharing cohorts.
Our online discussion forum, accessed behind the password wall, is a private and safe space for members to discuss anything from random data queries to confidential policy matters. We have a number of different boards for varying topics and also a general board for anything else. Our membership is a friendly community and people are keen to stay in touch and help one another. We encourage members to use the forum as much as possible to promote information sharing, foster mutual support and just to keep the conversation going.
