We are pleased to announce that the HESPA Autumn All-In Conference 2026, 24 - 26 November, is now open for bookings. Our theme this year is HESPA on track and we’ll be providing you with the map to help you navigate your way to the content that’s most interesting and relevant for you and your colleagues.

We are absolutely delighted to say we have been able to fix the price for the fifth year running. As before, tickets for this event are for institutional access - you can read more about our ticket types and pricing using the "ticket types" tab on the right.

Our programme isn’t finalised just yet (however we know some of you want to get tickets booked this financial year), but we already have loads of fantastic speakers lined up so you can start to plan your journey through the conference.

Opening for us, we have Anna Artemyeva (Google) who will look to the future to ask what does the Science and Strategy of the AI-Powered University look like?

We have a couple of sessions offering international perspectives on UK HE. Scott Davidson (University of Edinburgh) and colleagues from Europe will discuss International Sustainability Strategy. Offering a European perspective on transformation, resilience and innovative models of delivery we are delighted to welcome Per Michael Johansen (Rector, Aalborg University) and Tim Bedford (Associate Principal, University of Strathclyde).

Lessons and perspectives from outside UK HE is a theme of our conference. Sadie Lynch (Senior Analyst, College of Policing) will offer lessons learned on running a successful horizon-scanning function for the Police Force.

Solid governance is a critical current theme in UK HE, Smita Jamdar (Shakespeare Martineau) is a legal professional with many years experience supporting educational institutions to build solid constitutional foundations - she’ll offer her views on the current landscape and what the well-governed university of the future looks like.

If that’s not enough we have a whole host of parallel sessions for you to chose from covering a range of fascinating subjects:

·       Dan Wood (University of the West of England) - Leading Strategic Change: Tales from a University Transformation Programme

·    Clare Foyle (UCL) – Strategies for Setting Tuition Fees

·    Kevin Donaldson (University of Strathclyde) – Wellbeing and Resilience

·    Melanie Rimmer (Cardiff University) – Creating and Embedding an Internal Student Staff Ratio

·       Anna Tinkler (The University of Sunderland) - At the heart of the business: where good data governance should start

·    Aya Ferguson (SUMS) – Change Management

·    Jessica Sims and team (UCL) – From Insight to Impact: How UCL Uses Collaboration and Data to Drive Recruitment and Target Setting

All this, with much more to come, it's a packed timetable sure to fire your engine!
