Mairwen has been Head of Strategy, Planning and Performance at Cardiff Metropolitan University since September 2020. Responsibilities include strategy development, planning, risk management, horizon scanning and recently the Transformation portfolio. Before joining Cardiff Met she had sector wide roles with Universities UK and Universities Wales, and before that she was Head of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office at Cardiff University.
Mairwen is also co-chair of the Wels Planners’ Group which meets monthly to share best practice, discuss sector issues and developments.
