Corporate (Affiliate) Membership
HESPA Corporate Membership is available to Conference sponsors, supplier companies, consultancy firms. As part of your subscription, you will receive the following benefits:
Access to relevant areas of the HESPA website, including some blogs and resources
Access to relevant HESPA events, as approved and subject to attendance fee
Opportunity to send three direct mail-outs per annum to all HESPA individual members, via HESPA. Educational content only, no direct sales. Content approved by HESPA
Priority contact for annual conference and other ad hoc sponsorship opportunities
Guaranteed exhibition space at annual conference (subject to buying the package)
Option to host one dedicated roundtable meeting or user group day per annum, in association with HESPA, on a topic of interest. This must be free for members to attend and content should be developed in association with/approved by HESPA
HESPA to share details of company activities (e.g. webinars, training sessions, meetings, etc) to all members
Logo and company details on Affiliate Member page of website (and any other sponsored publication or work)
HESPA reserves the right to terminate the contract at any stage if members behave inappropriately or breach the terms of contract
