Ann has worked in Strategic Planning in HE for the past 10 years and is currently a Planning Partner at the University of Liverpool. This role involves working with colleagues across the institution to run the planning and performance cycle and manage and coordinate elements of the Institution’s strategic risk register, aligned to strategy.
Recognising the importance of training and development to her career progression, including benefitting from the HESPA mentoring scheme, Ann is keen to engage with and support opportunities for planning professionals to develop and build recognition of their knowledge and skills.
Prior to her role in HE Ann worked for both local government and in the charity sector in several roles incorporating organisational development, strategy and project management roles.
