We are delighted to welcome the winners of the HESPA Strategy Award 2022, the University of Surrey, to tell us more about the work they shared in their nomination.
Using exemplary data visualisation, on point facilitation skills and an engaged, collaborative process, the Surrey Strategic Planning team enabled the development of a strategy that has unified our community around a set of shared, ambitious but achievable goals. This was followed by the development of an implementation plan that included a transformational re-design of our resource allocation model creating the capacity to fund our ambitions, and the delivery and total democratisation of our PowerBI dashboards to enable the whole community to track our progress, to adapt together, and to celebrate together.
