This session is part of the HESPA Showcasing Good Practice Week 2023. The aim of this week is to provide a space for our members to share with each other the work they have done which they feel has been a particular success, and to celebrate and promote the hard work of planners in the HE sector.

Institution: University of Birmingham
A review of how the University of Birmingham have rolled out Power BI institutionally, including the development of a template for report design, standards for storyboarding requirements, development and testing and the deployment of a framework for workspace design. The aim of this governance and guidance has been to establish a Centre for Excellence and a Community of Practice with developers working to common goals and end users of the reports having a consistent experience when viewing reports from different areas across the University.
