About Shirley Dalziel: MBA (distinction); MA (Hons.) Psychology; AFBPsS; Chartered MCIPD
Shirley is a founder and Director of Develop Global, the leading UK consultancy specialising in Business Partnering. She has over 27 years of experience as a consultant, specialising in linking individual psychology to the development and implementation of organisational strategy. Over the past 20 years she has focussed on transforming Corporate Service functions, extending their strategic role working as true ‘Partners to the Business’. Prior to this, she worked as a University lecturer, where she also operated as an internal consultant, working to change the culture from a ‘teaching organisation’ to a ‘learning culture’. She has since worked with more than 20 Universities and educational establishments, including delivering workshops for BUFDG and UHR. Other clients include international, multi-national organisations such as: Vodafone, E.ON, Unilever, BNP Paribas and Novelis.

Mary is an experienced former Head of Human Resources and Global Head of Strategy and Talent Management for a FTSE 100 Company. She applies her knowledge and skills pragmatically to help individuals and organisations move towards high performance cultures. She has considerable experience in organisation design, talent and performance management, managing change, organisational development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in leadership development. She has worked extensively with professional and corporate service teams both corporately and as an external consultant, supporting and developing people to develop their skills and effect business change. She is a qualified executive coach, passionate about developing others and helping them to realise their full potential.
