Keeping sustainability on the agenda in challenging times for university strategy
Events of the last year have impacted the strategic landscape for the UK’s universities of all sizes, shapes and profiles.
In a context of proximate financial challenges and constrained resources, maintaining institutional and leadership bandwidth for long-term agendas such as sustainability is understandably challenging!
In this session, we bring together two senior leaders to reflect what the sector’s current challenges mean for sustainability, and consider potential approaches for keeping momentum in difficult times.
