Jeung joined University College Dublin in 2026 as Director of Strategy and Planning. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the university's strategy and planning functions, driving the development, implementation, and performance monitoring of UCD’s strategic vision across colleges, schools, and professional services. She also oversees UCD's programme management function, leading strategic projects and building planning capability throughout the institution.
Prior to her role at UCD, she was at the University of Manchester, as Head of Integrated Planning where she led a team that provides leadership and support for strategy and the development of integrated plans to support the delivery of the University vision and strategic plan. Earlier in her career, she directed the Institutional Effectiveness team at Brunel University London, focusing on converting data into actionable management information, advising on risk management, and leading continuous improvement and change initiatives.
