Matthew has been Head of Planning at the University of Bristol since 2017. He supported the development of the University’s new ‘Vision and Strategy 2030’ and now coordinates its implementation and reporting. He also coordinates and trouble shoots the annual business planning cycle, which includes the production of centralised Management Information and running business processes including Student Number Planning, Risk Management and Fee-setting. Matthew is particularly interested in identifying and communicating insight, gained from qualitative and quantative sources, and making better decisions. Matthew is a member of the HESPA Development committee.
