Monica joined HESPA in 2019 as the Projects and Engagements Officer, making her the second official staff member. Although new to the world of strategic planning, and Higher Education in a professional capacity, she brings with her a huge amount of passion for the importance of education, a genuine curiosity for learning more about the challenges HEIs are facing and a strong desire to help support those who are at the front-line of planning in continuing to provide quality education and research.
Prior to joining HESPA, Monica worked predominantly with children with disabilities, with a specialism in visual impairment, and most recently worked in the admissions department at an independent school.
