Holistic NSS reporting
Date: Friday 23 September, 11:00 - 12:00
Presenters: Alicja Konstantinidis-Pereira, Head of Planning and Analytics and Rebecca Robinson, both from Lancaster University
This session explores the holistic approach to NSS reporting including self-service dashboards and tailored departmental packs, combining both quantitative and qualitive analytics. Through clear sector comparisons (both overall and aspirational), use of bespoke subject-weighted benchmarks, linking comments thematic analysis with satisfaction levels and a set of clear recommendations, we provide reporting that ensures departmental engagement and clearer options for performance improvement. We will show how we combine different skill sets and analytical approaches within the team to respond to different needs and levels of engagement with the data across the University, moving from simple data provision to insight and actionable evidence.
