This is the third year we have held the cost of our conference tickets the same, so we are delighted to say that the tickets cost the same as they did for our 2022 conference. We hope this enables as many of you to attend as possible.
Please carefully read through the following information before clicking "book now" to ensure you have selected the right ticket type.
The following ticket types are available for HESPA's Autumn 'All-In' Conference 2024:
Gold member - Institutional ticket
This is for institution-wide access for any number of colleagues, from any department, from a gold member institution.
One person per institution should book a ticket initially and pay for it. We will then email the person who made the booking and give them a discount code which entitles their colleagues to book on for free. This discount code can be forwarded to anyone in your institution, so please share it with colleagues. In addition, we will send it directly to everyone at your institution who is registered on the HESPA website.
We have a tiered ticket model to ensure financial equity across our diverse membership. Please check your institution’s band before placing the booking and ensure you choose the right ticket type. Institutions and their respective bands can be downloaded and viewed here.
Prices are as follows:
If you have a HESPA account, then please log in with your usual details if you aren't already. If you don't have a HESPA account, then you can either create an account or book onto the event as a guest. You will be prompted do to do one of these things when you click "book now".
Select the appropriately banded ticket and then follow the payment process.
Non gold member tickets
Individual £400 +VAT - this is for access for one individual from a non-gold member organisation
Click the "book now" button and you will be asked to login. If you do not have a HESPA account, you can book onto the event as a guest.

Organisation-wide £800 + VAT - this is for organisation-wide access for sector bodies and other partners.

Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by Credit Card. However, please be aware that, depending on your booking preferences, the conference will cost between £400 and £1000 (plus VAT). If your Credit Card limit prevents you from paying by card, please use the 'pay by invoice' option. Please note that you will need to provide a PO number at the time of booking; we will not be able to process and confirm your booking without one. Our supplier name is Professional HE Services LTD and we are registered with every University as a supplier.
If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
