The Strategy Development and Implementation
(SD&I) Steering Group are undertaking a project to build a set of strategy
implementation frameworks that can be flexed to meet differing institutional
needs. The framework will bridge the developed strategy to the annual planning
process and supplemented with templates and best practice examples. The
deliverables from this project will be published on the HESPA website.
The strategy implementation frameworks
project has been divided into six workstreams (see below) and we now want to
invite the wider HESPA community to get involved and support the development.
This is workshop 1 for those interested in
supporting the development of activity for workstream 4: Programmes and
Project Delivery.
This workstream will explore how institutions
can translate strategic priorities into coordinated programmes, projects and
investments that deliver measurable change.
This is an interactive workshop led by
members of the SD&I steering group, we are hoping that participants will
join the conversation and take some responsibility for helping us to drive the
project forward. We are hoping that members from across the HESPA community,
with all levels of experience will want to get involved but please come
prepared to contribute and help us build what we believe will be an invaluable
resource.
