The venue for the HESPA Annual Conference 2025 is the Hilton hotel in London Wembley. This centrally located venue has excellent transport links and in addition to impressive conference facilities, it has comfortable rooms and even a swimming pool if you fancy a refreshing dip.

How to get there

 

Local airports and driving time to Hilton London Wembley include:

• Heathrow Airport LHR, approx. 38 minute drive.
• London Luton Airport LTN, approx. 43 minute drive.
• London City Airport LCY, approx. 1 hour drive.
• London Stansted Airport STN, approx. 1 hour 8 minute drive.
• London Gatwick Airport LGW, approx. 1 Hour 30 minute drive.

Please note, delegates are responsible for their own onward travel from all airports.

There are currently no tube strikes scheduled on the conference dates, but we do advise that delegates
check this ahead of travel due to last minute strike action.

Wembley Park Underground Station is approx. 10 minutes’ walk from Hilton London Wembley.

From Euston

If you are travelling from Euston Station there are two recommended routes, see below:

Route 1 - Metropolitan Line

The most direct route that doesn’t require any tube line changes is via the Metropolitan Line (Uxbridge), this is available from Euston Square (7 minute walk from Euston Station) and runs directly to Wembley Park
Underground Station. 

Route 2 - Victoria and Jubilee Line

Another route from Euston Station to Wembley Park Underground Station is via the Victoria line and then
changing to the Jubilee Line. See instructions below:

Enter Euston Underground station and go onto the Victoria Line (Brixton), exiting the tube at Green Park
Underground Station, then change lines to the Jubilee Line (Stanmore), the Jubilee line will take you from Green Park Underground Station to Wembley Park Underground Station. 

From Kings Cross St Pancras

If you are travelling from Kings Cross / Kings Cross St. Pancras Station, follow signs to Kings Cross Underground Station. When you have entered the underground station follow signs for the Metropolitan Line (Uxbridge). This tube line will take you directly to Wembley Park Underground Station. 

 

When using a satellite navigation system, please use the postcode HA9 0BU to reach Hilton London
Wembley.

There is no on-site parking at Hilton London Wembley therefore please refer to the below for parking
details.

Parking

There is no parking available at Hilton London Wembley, we recommend using Wembley Stadium Gold Car Park, this is situated directly next to Hilton London Wembley.

For discounted parking at Wembley Stadium Gold Car Park, please collect your ticket on arrival at the car park entrance. You can then validate the ticket at the concierge or reception in Hilton London Wembley
upon your departure. After validating, you will then be required to pay at the car park machine located in
the Gold Car Park and you must leave the car park within 10 minutes for the discount to apply. See

Wembley Stadium Red Car Park (0.2 miles). Sat Nav: HA9 0GG (Height restriction 2.45m)

Pink Parking, South Way, Wembley (0.6 miles). Sat Nav: HA9 0HX (Pink Parking is recommended for larger vehicles. Height restriction 2.10m)

Visitors can pay for parking via Maestro, MasterCard or Visa. The conference dates are currently not a Wembley Stadium event day so non-event day fees apply. For more information and prices please click here.

We encourage conference attendees to use the most sustainable mode(s) of transport where possible.

There are currently no major rail strikes scheduled on the conference dates, but we do advise that delegates check this ahead of travel due to last minute strike action.

Wembley Central Rail Station is approx. 19 minutes’ walk to Hilton London Wembley. The train that runs
through Wembley Central Rail Station is the Overground Via Watford Junction. For additional overground information and times click here.

London Euston has direct trains available from Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. See additional

Kings Cross / Kings Cross St. Pancras Station have direct trains available from Leeds, Newcastle and
Edinburgh. See additional information here.

Transport for London buses cover the London area. If you are travelling via Euston or Central London, the
