The HESPA Development Committee is chaired by Dr Jeung Lee (University of Manchester) and is comprised of nince active members of the HE planning community, and Lisa Ambler, Membership Development Manager at HESPA. They meet four times a year to identify and discuss the training and development needs of HESPA members, and to put together a comprehensive training and events schedule to support those needs.
They regularly review the feedback given by members about events they have attended, to ensure that HESPA is providing high quality, well received events. The committee try to ensure the event schedule has a good balance between providing core training which has become well established over the years as an integral part of any new planners induction, and new, fresh ideas which respond to the dynamic changing state of the HE landscape. They are always happy to hear and respond to the feedback of members about their training and development needs.
